The financial system is being weaponized against conservatives.

Now the stunning lengths one company went to is being revealed.

And a Wall Street titan is in hot water for this scary move targeting conservatives.

Bank of America has been busted for handing over their customers’ private financial information to the Biden Justice Department as part of the investigation into January 6.

The bank voluntarily turned over a massive amount of information without a warrant or notifying customers to aid the witch hunt according to an investigation by the House Judiciary Committee’s weaponization subcommittee led by Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH).

Now Bank of America is being put on notice for targeting customers for their political and religious beliefs.

Bank of America canceled services for Christians and conservatives

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach (R) and 14 Republican Attorneys General sent a letter to Bank of America CEO Brian T. Moynihan that said his bank “appears to be conditioning access to its services on customers having the bank’s preferred religious or political views.”

The letter accused the company of “de-banking” customers for political or religious reasons.

“Your discriminatory behavior is a serious threat to free speech and religious freedom, is potentially illegal, and is causing political and regulatory backlash,” the letter continued. “Your bank needs to be transparent with and assure us, its shareholders, and others that it will not continue to de-bank customers for their speech or religious exercise.”

The Attorneys General said that Bank of America had previously refused services to gunmakers and gun stores, companies that contracted with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the oil and gas industry.

The letter claimed that Bank of America canceled the bank account for a Christian ministry that trained Pastors because it was “operating a business type we have chosen not to service.”

Kobach said that the bank was likely engaged in illegal behavior with its practices.

“Bank of America’s practice of canceling the bank accounts of conservatives and even turning over information about customer’s purchases to federal law enforcement undermines free speech, religious freedom, and the right to privacy,” Kobach told Fox News Digital. “It’s discriminatory and likely illegal. As state attorneys general, we will vigorously defend the constitutional rights of all Americans when they are threatened by big business.”

Bank of America is the second largest bank in the country and has about 15% of the deposits in the country.

The Attorneys General asked Bank of America to produce information on its account cancellation policies and if the company considers the speech and religious views of its customers in those decisions.

“You appear to be using this power to punish conservative and religious customers by handing their data over to federal law enforcement and even canceling their accounts. This not only undermines free speech and religious freedom, but also is potentially illegal and could lead to investigations, litigation, regulation, and political backlash,” the letter added.

Bank of America is acting as the final arm of the Biden administration.
